Picnic for Two - Cancellation Policy
let's make memories, rain or shine!
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If rain is in the forecast for your picnic day, we offer the flexibility to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. (Must reschedule within a 2 month period; deposit is non-refundable). We want your picnic to be a perfect experience, and sometimes a little sunshine makes all the difference!
planning changes? we've got you covered
Life happens, and we get it! Should your plans change for any reason, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule your picnic. Your deposit will be applied to your new date.
unexpected emergencies?
We hope your picnic day goes smoothly, but we understand unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please let us know at least 4 hours before your start time. While deposits are non-refundable, we'll happily reschedule your picnic for a future date that works best for you.
