    Want something even more unique? We can do that too! For those who crave a truly bespoke experience, we offer consultations to personalize your picnic down to the very last detail. A small customization fee may apply depending on your vision, but the result will be a picnic spread that's truly unforgettable. Head over to our customization form to tell us your dream!

    Feeling Overwhelmed? No Problem!

    Picking the perfect combination can feel tricky, but don't worry! Just give us a hint of your style on the booking form, and our design gurus will curate a beautiful picnic that reflects your taste. Let us take the reins and create a magical experience for you!

    Once you've submitted the form, we'll be in touch soon. We might have a few questions to personalize your experience, or we might shoot you a couple of invoices (due upon registration). One will be for a 50% deposit on your party total, and the other will be for a smaller (refundable) security deposit of $50. Easy peasy!

    Once those invoices are settled, your dream picnic is officially reserved! We'll check in again a week before the big day to confirm the final guest count and any last-minute changes you might have. Just a heads-up, we'll need the remaining balance paid in full 24 hours before the picnic starts.

    The beauty of our picnics is that they come straight to you! No need to stress about setting up or packing down – that's our specialty.

    Just tell us the address of the backyard you’re hosting the party at on the booking form, and we'll handle everything from the first tablecloth to the last crumb.

    By the way, a small delivery fee may apply depending on your location – it's all factored in during the booking process! This way, you can focus on what truly matters: soaking up the good times with your loved ones.

    We can set up your picnic in just about any backyard! Need it inside for an intimate gathering? Done! Craving some sunshine and fresh air? We can transform your backyard into your own private paradise. (Just let us know your preference on the booking form.)

    The time it takes to set up your magical picnic will depend on the size and style you choose (think cozy tablescapes vs. elaborate spreads). But don't worry, we'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. All you have to do is show us where you'd like your picnic oasis to be, and we'll take care of the rest!

    No matter what backyard we bring our fabulous picnic creations to, remember accessibility is key! We bring a treasure trove of goodies to create your perfect spread, so please ensure it is easily accessible!

  • Sunshine or Sprinkles? We've Got You Covered!

    Mother Nature can be unpredictable, but fear not, picnic lovers! We want your special gathering to go off without a hitch, rain or shine.

    Here are some options to keep your picnic plans on track:

    We Already Have a Backup Plan in Mind for You!

    As part of your package inclusions, we have a weather warrior at our disposal…a 9’ x 9’ popup tent is included for any event…a charming cover that could be your happy place if the rain, wind, or sun decide to join the party!

    For safety, high winds cancel setups.

    Plan B with a Twist: Feeling adventurous? Sometimes, a little rain can add a touch of magic to a picnic! Just be aware that if you choose to picnic in the rain and cancel last minute (less than 24 hours before your event time) your $50 security deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Yes - There is a 2 hour time limit. Additional hours can be added for +$50 per hour.

  • We offer weekday and weekend picnics!

    Weekday Picnics (Monday-Thursday):

    Weekday picnics are a fantastic way to break up the week with some sunshine and fun! We typically start scheduling events at 2pm onward.

    Weekend Picnics (Friday-Sunday):

    We typically start scheduling events at noon onward, but the exact start time might shift depending on a few things:

    The Picnic Posse: The more items you add to your picnic package (think lots of fun rentals!), the more time we'll need to set up your perfect spread.

    Location, Location, Location: A quick walk from our Head Quarters means we can get things started faster, whereas a more remote backyard location might take a touch longer.

    Our Busy Bee Schedule: Sometimes, we have back-to-back picnics, so a slight adjustment to the start time might be necessary. (Don't worry, we'll communicate any changes well in advance!)

    We'll be sure to let you know your exact start time once we finalize all the details. In the meantime, get ready for some epic weekday picnic fun!

  • Since it will be in your backyard, we don’t depend on public venue closing times! That said, we typically start setting up and packing up 45 min to 1 hour before your picnic start/end time.

  • We are not currently accepting reservations for locations (backyards) over 30 min away from CapeCoral (zip code 33990)

  • Fresh Air, Fresh Fun!

    We want your picnic to be a breath of fresh air, literally! To keep our picnic treasures in tip-top shape, we kindly ask that smoking not be permitted around our setups, both indoors and outdoors.

    Think of it like this: smoky scents clinging to our picnic items are like party crashers! If we detect any lingering smoke upon pick-up, your deposit might take a little vacation (non-refundable!), and there might be an additional cleaning fee to bring everything back to sparkling.

    Let's create a picnic experience that's as fresh and inviting as the open air!

  • Picnic Pals, Stick Together!

    Your beautiful picnic spread is like a work of art, and just like any masterpiece, it deserves a watchful eye. Unfortunately, we can't babysit our setups in you space all day (although wouldn't a picnic-guarding unicorn be awesome?).

    That's why we kindly ask you to keep an eye on your picnic paradise throughout your rental time, in case of small animals or children around.

    If you find yourselves finishing the fun a little early, just give us a shout! We'll try our best to swoop in for an early pick-up (no guarantees though, we might be busy creating other magical picnics!).

    Remember, teamwork makes the picnic dream work! Let's keep your spread safe and sparkling for the entire rental period.

  • Unfortunately not!

    Everything we bring to create your magical picnic needs to return with us, looking happy and well-rested (pillows fluffed, stuffed animals snuggled, games complete, decor dazzling). Think of them as our little picnic party guests!

    Missing in Action?

    Sometimes, things take an unexpected picnic tumble! If anything seems to be missing or a bit worse for wear at the end of the party, don't worry! We'll simply deduct the replacement cost from your deposit.

  • Fueling Your Picnic Fun!

    Every picnic warrior needs the perfect battle-ready supplies (translation: a place setting!).

    Each place setting comes with a trusty glass cup, a valiant plate, and a fancy cloth napkin to keep things tidy.

    For a touch of royalty (or perhaps you just hate plastic sporks?), your cutlery will includa shiny, reusable silverware set at no extra cost per guest. Imagine the epic battles you can have with these metal companions!

  • We can accommodate up to 8 guests which will utilize an 8 person low profile table picnic set up, or 8 person high top picnic set up, each with its own set of seating.

    Little Bohemian Picnics is all about creating a dreamy picnic atmosphere, but we also love a touch of your personal magic! Feel free to bring your own balloon garland or other décor to add a special touch to our setups. Think of our picnic as a blank canvas, and your décor is the vibrant brushstrokes that make it uniquely yours.

    Just a heads up, our team won't be able to help with arranging your personal items. But don't worry, unleash your inner décor maestro after our setup is complete! Use non-damaging methods to attach your balloons or décor and let your creativity shine.
